Article 1: Object

The general conditions described below govern the sales of Epic Art Prints for the products displayed on the website www.epic-artprints.com.

Any service carried out by Epic Art Prints implies the approval without reserve of the buyer to the present general terms of sale.

The company reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. If modified, it will be applied to each order on the day of the order.

Article 2: Price

The indicated prices are in Euro and inclusive of all taxes, excluding shipping charges.Additional shipping charges per destination for 1 poster:

-France 9.00 Euro.

-Europe 12.50 Euro.

-World 20.00 Euro.

If the shipping takes place outside the European Union territory and the French Dom-Tom, the customs taxes and the local formalities remain in the exclusive responsibility of the buyer. These fees and charges are not of the competence of Epic Art Prints. The customer makes a commitment to verify the conformity of the delivery with regard to the country of delivery.

Epic Art Prints reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the purchase is charged on the basis of the current price at the time of the purchase validation.

Article 3: Duration of validity of sales offers

Our offers of products are proposed for sale until exhaustion of the stock. When a product is not available anymore, it is labelled with the mention "sold-out".

Article 4: Order

The customer declares to be over 18 years old and to have the legal capacity or to be holder of a parental consent allowing him to make a purchase on the website.

Any validated order or pre order is final. Epic Art Prints does not accept returns or exchanges.

Epic Art Prints reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order of a customer with whom it could exist a dispute concerning a previous order.

Epic Art Prints confirms the order by e-mail. For that purpose, the customer accepts formally the use of the e-mail and the customer thus has to supply a valid e-mail address during his purchase.

-if you want to order more than 2 posters as it is possible to combine the shipment (2 posters max. per shipment).

-for an order of more than 10 items.

Article 5: Paiement

The paiement is processed at the time of purchase by credit card (Stripe) or Paypal.

Accepted credit cards are: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payments processed by Stripe and Paypal are governed by their privacy policy.

Article 6: Delivery

Epic Art Prints is committed to delivering the posters within thirty days from the order. The products are delivered to the shipping address given during the order process. Note that the package will be delivered against signature.

The delivery deadlines are given, unless otherwise stipulated, only for information purposes.

The possible delays could not give the customer the right to cancel the order, to refuse it or to ask for damages.

During the expedition of the parcel, the customer receives an email on behalf of Epic Art Prints, with a tracking number and with information to track the parcel.

Epic Art Prints can not be held responsible for consequences due to a delay of routing.

The buyer will verify the general aspect of the packaging and the delivered product.

In case of damage during the expedition, please contact Epic Art Prints within three days from the date of reception.

In case of non-compliance of the delivered goods, Epic Art Prints makes a commitment to deliver to the customer a new parcel corresponding to his initial order, without any additional costs for the customer or to refund him.

If the parcel is not received by the customer and if the proof is brought that the parcel was lost by post or any other mail service abroad, Epic Art Prints makes a commitment to deliver to the customer a new parcel corresponding to his initial order, without any additional costs for the customer or to refund him.

Article 7: Withdrawal period

The buyer has a deadline of fourteen true days, as from the reception of products to exercise his right to withdraw without having to prove motives or to pay of penalties, in the exception, where necessary, expenses of return.

If the deadline of fourteen days comes to expire a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday or non-working day (bank holiday), it is extended until the last next working day.

In case of exercise of the right to withdraw, the refund will be made as soon as possible, after the return of the goods and only if after verification it appears not to have been used or damaged, and at the latest in thirty days according to the date in which this right was exercised.

Article 8: Personal Data

We are committed to respecting the confidentiality of personal data supplied by the purchaser on the website and to treat them in accordance with the Data Protection Act of January the 6th 1978. The purchaser may exercise his right of access to file, the right to object and the right to correct or delete information about him, by sending a request by email or by post.

Article 9: Intellectual Property

All the texts and the images presented on the www.epic-artprints.com website are reserved, for the whole world, in conformance with the rights of author and intellectual property; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly forbidden.

Considering Article L 335-2 of the Code of Intellectual Property, the buyer of the drawing is informed that he can not make any use of the work being recorded on the medium whose he/she is owner.

In accordance with the intellectual property law/regulation and European directives, he/she can not make a reproduction on any physical support, whether such a paper or digital media.

It is forbidden to represent the work in any way, for example, a digital distribution or public exhibition.

The rights of representation and reproduction of the works presented on the website www.epic-artprints.com belong to their authors and to Epic Art Prints. Their joint authorization is necessary for any exploitation of these rights.

Article 10: Lump Sum Indemnity to Cover Costs

Decree n°2012-1115 of 2 October 2012 that applies the law n°2012-387 of 22 March 2012 on simplification of the law and the alleviation of administrative procedures, implementing the EU directive n°2011/7/EU of 16 February 2011 on the fight against late payment in transactions expected any professional in arrears situation is now debtor to the creditor of a lump sum of 40€ for recovery costs, in addition to delay damages.

Article 11: Applicable Law and Competent Juridiction

These general conditions of sale are performed and construed in accordance with french law. In case of dispute, the buyer shall first contact the company to attempt to resolve amicably any dispute which may arise between the parties. Failing conciliation, the french courts will have jurisdiction.
